Prosecutors, Police, Hospital Detectives and State Government

My son has filed a police report with Bernallilo County Sheriffs Department. Both officers were impressed with amount of evidence my son has had. Both of them were sure it was a clear case of kidnapping and they were sure prosecutors would have a day in court with this one.
Two years later nothing happened. My son has gone personally to prosecutors office in Albuquerque three times and three times my son has handed files to one of the prosecutors.
Then he has called and called and called. Nobody cared.
Jack went to Albuquerque Police Department, Bernallilo County Police Department, UNM Police Departement, New Mexico State Police, Federal Bureau of Investigation. All the above places explained to him that for one reason or another it was not their problem.
My son went to Children Youth & Families Department in Albuquerque, Children Youth & Families Department in Santa FE. He delivered all the documents to the woman who investigates New Mexico Adoption Agencies, Isabelle Garcia. She probably never read them.
My son spoke to her boss, Mark Ruttkay, lazy bum. He told Jack she was too busy investigating New Mexico Adoption Agencies to investigate Agency peddling children. He quit answering my son's calls after awhile.
My son went to governor's Richardson's office. Didn't get pass the secretary. She assured him that CYFD are very hard working people. Is she that ignorant or she thinks Jack is that stupid?, Jack was wandering.
Every lawyer my son contacted warned him not to go into this expensive and pointless battle." Am I crazy ?" He was thinking. My son contacted newspapers and they ignored him. He contacted TV. They never responded.
He contacted controversial magazines like "Crosswinds". They never answered. Why wouldn't any newsman get interested in child peddling in the state? Are we naively believing in system? Or nobody wants to rock the boat?
