A day later my son's daughter has been kidnapped by Penelope P.Allen, employee of Adoption Assistance Agency. When my son got in touch with Penelope P. Allen, she admitted, she had his daughter hidden and refused to let him see her. Then she has filed a police report, stating that Jack has been calling repeatedly and she had no intention to return his child. Allen committed a felony called parental interference. She also participated in kidnapping and until today she is selling the children, working for Adoption Assistance Agency. The Adoption Assistance Agency asked $15.000,00 plus expenses for my grand-daughter.
Everybody is hoping Steven will never know the truth.
He certainly will. He is talking about his sister a lot.

The trouble is that Steven is a witness of the crimes committed by Heidi Webb and Gilbert family. Heidi has worked with Sharon's brother, and her parents on the order which would completely deprive Sharon even right to call her two children she has been raising for 5 and 7 years, After 7 years consistently with Sharon those kids have been instantly separated, Sharon's family knows well that Sharon is a dangerous child-abuser. Never the less the same family and very same Heidi are ranting in front of judge Nash how desperately Steven who doesn't know Sharon needs to develop a relationship with a loving mother. Heidi is willing to risk Steven's life to punish Jack for disclosing crimes committed by Gilberts. Another trouble is that Steven knows that Jack is a loving father and people who are responsible for terminating his parental rights to his daughter are criminals. Gilberts, Heidi and judge Cowart will pay one day for the crimes they have committed against Jack and his family.In case Sharon doesn't kill Steven as hoped..she may success brainwashing him. None of the understands that Steven at 5 is a lot more intelligent than Sharon. The New Mexico law, however is a pathetic joke.

Besides like most of the poor lawyers, she is willing to commit a crime if that's what it takes to make money.
She has been sending copies of all the legal papers filed in the case of my son's divorce to Georgia, serving Mark Gilbert not her client. Not only has she actively supported Mark in committing felony, but at the same time she was lying to her own client by pretending she was working for her. Heidi has been sending e-mail to all the people she knows advising them to vote for Judge Nash. This is stomach wrenching example of ASS KISSING. Heidi should be excused from any cases in front of Judge Nash.
My 5 years old grand-son is being forced to visit with a woman, he doesn't know, his biological mother Sharon Gilbert . Sharon's parental rights to her other two kids have been terminated for child abuse. Sharon has been found guilty of felony child abuse. Her CYFD record is as long as New York City phone book . She has voluntarily terminated her parental rights to her daughter, hoping adoption agency would give her some money from a child sale. Today , represented by the same lawyer who terminated her parental rights, Heidi Webb, Sharon is seeking and getting visitations. My grand-son is going crazy after every visit with this strange woman, and a guard Paul Labarre.
There is also an issue of Jack's daughter Sara. Sara has been kidnapped during divorce case. Is it too difficult to recognize that the man whose daughter has been kidnapped is angry at the very kidnapers who are now seeking visitations with his son???.
The Gilberts who would never help their mentally ill daughter are paying her keep now to get close to Steven and take him away.
Sharon despite of her total lack of interest in Steven performs the visitations so she can stay unemployed and taken care of.
Is it possible to believe that even in the state of New Mexico not every man is drunk wife-beater and not every woman is bare footed victim.
My grand-son is complaining coming back from senseless visitations, but my son, his father is not allowed to complain. State wants to reintegrate mother and son whether they like it or not. The long history of child abuse of his ex is irrelevant. My grand-son needs a help of psychologist as a result of those visitations so state wants Jack to hire psychologist and pay half of this expence...but state refuses to hire psychiatrist to check this sick woman, his ex-wife with a long history of mental problems. As a result of "REINTEGRATION" Steven has lost his real Mom. his brother, his sister, his Granny, his dog, and in exchange he got babysitter who hates his Dad and Paul Labarre. His Dad lost good job and is forced to live in the town, he doesn't like, having serious problems supporting himself and Steven. Don't forget: father has full custody and Sharon has visitations, and that is enough to put such a burden on father and Steven.
Not to mention, his ex-wife is paying $50,- a month child support ( it's a $100,- offset by $50,- Steven is returning to the state for a money , Sharon stole from her other children). After all it's only one 5-year old that gets screwed, so who cares.

Judge Richard M. Cowart from Valdosta Georgia, GA. It's sad that such a crook has been elected to be a judge. According to my son's attorney, Jim Bartholomew ..."Hon. Cowart is a criminal who has illegally and out of jurisdiction ruled against Jack Rokowski to support one of his buddies Mark A Gilbert "... I don't know if and how much has Mark paid this judge, or simply if he let him win a few games of golf, but Judge Cowart is undoubtedly a disgrace to Georgia Legal System and belongs in prison.
He has ruled in the case which was out of his jurisdiction without any evidence nor witnesses."... My son presented witnesses's.
They had his wife,obviously mentally ill woman who was homeless and unemployed who admitted she was lying and presented a made up story about my son supposedly beating her. She has admitted, the story about beatings was a lie. There has never been any evidence, complaint, police report nor witnesses.
At the same time when Judge Cowart has terminated my son's parental rights to his daughter, Judge Nan Nash in New Mexico has granted my son full custody of my grand-son.
If you live in Loudness county, remember 2006 is year of election. You don't have to elect the crook.

After reading "judges" Mikel spew, one can only wander: how much did they pay this scum to comitt a crime as such. Then again if he didn't take or didn't do a favor for his buddy Mark Gilbert , how hopelesly stupid must Charls be. He can with a straight face say that drunk, doped up angry ex-wife unable to put a facts together and admitting to lie can provide a testimony which is clear and convincing evidence against ex-husband. Despite the fact that there is absolutely no evidence to support Sharons lies.
