Those two are definitely the lowest of the low, child-peddlers."....Jack has evidence that Penelope P. Allen is a woman who has kidnapped his daughter. My son had a friend of his call them and ask : they offered his daughter for $15.000,-. According to Sharon Gilbert:..."P. Allen was attempting to sell her to some people in New Mexico"..., but since despite of them lying to the judge that they didn't know Sara's father they couldn't perform this adoption in New Mexico, The Gilberts illegally transported Sara to Georgia before they could use judge Cowart to illegally terminate Jack's parental rights.
Billye N. Coey and Penelope P. Allen are consistently kidnapping and selling children In New Mexico . They charge thousands of dollars for those kids and the State is pretending they don't know."...
Some CYFD employees sell children to Adoption Assistance Agency. One of them was fired in my son's case. When CYFD, found out that my son had an evidence of that, they simply fired their servant and buried the evidence.
Mary Bolson took another adoption agency to court and won, but CYFD still is covering the truth...many other adoption agencies are selling children in New Mexico. I can only suspect, somebody is greasing the wheel that doesn't squeak.
Here is a quotation from Adoption Assistance Agency web-site simply explaining how they ease the Dad out. ..." he does have a right to know about the adoption."... Interesting choice of words....is that all??? Father has a right to know, you are selling his child. How about Dad has a right to raise his child if he chooses to???? They forgot to mention that they are also the ones who decide whether father should raise his daughter or not.
I'm just sure a fact that Adoption Assistance Agency receives thousands of dollars for those kids has nothing to do with all this caring. I have a hospital records showing that Penelope Allen was completely disregarding existence of father while she was visiting her prey.

May 04, 2006 Adoption assistance agency removed above statements from their web-site. Even they understand that I am right !!!!!
News : Monica Zamora became a judge in Child Court. Today adoption agencies can legalized their crimes right at the source. Makes it simple !!!!!! Don't forget a truth when is time to dis-elect the crook.
